How to Grow Lingonberries

If you have never heard of a lingonberry, though if you shop at Ikea you probably have, they are northern berry-producing plants similar to a cranberry. In fact, they are sometimes called mountain cranberry. Scandinavia countries are enamoured with them and make sauces and preserved with them. The lingonberry also grows in northern regions of Canada and the US. They require acidic, moist, but well-drained soil to thrive. Planting them in pure peat moss is usually sufficient, though the occasional addition of sulphur to lower the pH is recommended. Watch the video below to get all the details.
